5. Delivery Policy

This is an online service. Nothing is shipped to you. Here is what happens after you pay.

Step by step

• Right away: Shopify emails your receipt.

• Within 1 business day: I message you on WhatsApp to welcome you and send your health form and the list of blood tests.

• Once I have your form and reports: I build your personal plan, usually within 5 business days.

• Before your start date: I send your class days, times and joining link on WhatsApp.

• Throughout the program: recordings are shared through a private link.
