Terms of Service

1. Who I am

The Strong Years is run by Preksha Jain, trading as PREKSHA JAIN AND CO. In these terms, "I" and "me" mean me. "You" means anyone who buys or joins the program.

2. What you are buying

An 8 week online coaching program for women over 40. It includes live strength training sessions, a personalised nutrition plan, live Q and A sessions and a small group community. The product page describes exactly what is included. Class days and times are confirmed with you before your start date.

3. Who can join

You must be 18 or older. If you are buying for someone else, such as your mother, she must agree to these terms and complete the health form herself or with your help. For anyone under 18, I need a separate agreement from a parent or guardian, so please contact me first.

4. This is coaching, not medical care

I am not a doctor, and nothing I say, send or teach is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. My work covers training, food and daily habits. Your doctor handles diagnosis, hormone decisions, medication and any medical condition. Please talk to your doctor before you start, especially if you have heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, thyroid problems, osteoporosis, joint problems or recent surgery.

5. Your health and safety

  • Tell me honestly about your health, and tell me if anything changes.

  • I may ask for your doctor’s clearance and may pause your training until I have it.

  • Stop straight away if you feel chest pain, dizziness, unusual breathlessness or sharp pain, and speak to a doctor.

  • In an emergency, call your local emergency number (for example 911 in the US or 112 in India). Do not message me.

6. Risk of injury

Exercise carries a risk of injury. By taking part, you accept that risk and you take part voluntarily. To the fullest extent the law allows, I am not responsible for injury or loss that results from taking part. Nothing in these terms removes any responsibility that the law does not allow me to remove.

7. Payment

Prices are shown in [INR] at checkout, along with any taxes that apply. If you pay with a card from another country, your bank may charge currency conversion or foreign transaction fees. Each payment is a one-time payment. Nothing renews automatically. Refunds follow the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

8. Schedule changes

I may move a session, giving at least 24 hours’ notice where I can. If I cancel a session, I will either reschedule it or share a recording. Around festivals and public holidays I may adjust dates or add bonus sessions, and I will tell you in advance.

9. Recordings and camera

Live sessions are recorded so group members can catch up on classes they miss. Your camera is on during training so I can check your form. Recordings are shared only with participants through a private link. Some sessions, such as the Foundation session, may also be shared with later cohorts. I will tell you before recording starts. If you would rather not appear, tell me before the session and we will find a way that works, such as angling your camera away from your face.

Please do not record, copy or share sessions yourself.

10. Group conduct and privacy

  • Be kind and respectful to everyone.

  • What other members share about their health stays in the group. Please do not repeat it elsewhere.

  • Please do not give medical advice to other members, or sell or promote anything in the group.

  • I may remove anyone who is disruptive or unsafe. The Refund and Cancellation Policy applies if that happens.

11. Results and testimonials

I cannot promise any particular result. How you respond depends on many things, including your health, your starting point and how consistently you follow the plan. Testimonials describe the experience of individual women.

I will only publish your name, words or photos with your written permission, and you can withdraw that permission for future use at any time.

12. My materials

Your plans, videos, recordings and templates belong to me. They are for your personal use only. Please do not share, resell or post them.

13. Limit of my liability

To the extent the law allows, my total liability to you for anything connected with the program is limited to the amount you paid for it.

14. Changes to these terms

I may update these terms. The version in place when you buy is the one that applies to your purchase.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts in [your city], India have jurisdiction. This does not take away any consumer rights you have under the law where you live.
